How does Nobee save you money?

Nobee saves you money by reducing the amount of money it makes from a renter like you. Most brokers charge a full month's rent for their services (taking you on tours, helping you sign a lease, etc.), whereas we have decided to charge 50% of one month's rent for our services.

No other brokerage has done this before because agents and brokers are used to everyone paying the fee or risk losing the apartment.
