How does Nobee save you money?

Nobee saves you money by reducing the amount of money it makes from a renter like you. Most brokers charge a full month's rent for their services (taking you on tours, helping you sign a lease, etc.), whereas we have decided to charge, on average, $500 less than one month's rent for our services.

No other brokerage has done this before because agents and brokers are used to everyone paying the fee or risk losing the apartment.
