1. Google local and online notaries or visit your bank

We recommend starting your search for a notary public on Google or with your bank. Be prepared to schedule an appointment. Besides banks, supermarkets such as Stop and Shop may have a notary or your local post office.

For online notaries, the first step is to upload a pdf or take a picture of the document and confirm your identity with a picture of your ID. 2. Once notarized, scan the document and send over to our team

After visiting the notary public, take a picture or scan the document with the notary seal and send it over to our team. Some landlords may also require you mailing over the hard copy
